The Senior Manager Value Creation, ANJK leads the design and execution of value creation initiatives across the zone, connecting Procurement expertise with a strong understanding of the end-to-end FMCG commercial cycle. The role is responsible for identifying, shaping, and delivering value opportunities across cost, mix, margin, innovation, and ways of working, while building the capabilities, governance, and cross-functional alignment needed to sustain impact.

Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking, financial and analytical rigor, strong influencing capability, and hands-on execution to translate ideas into measurable business results.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the strategic direction for value creation in ANJK by setting the vision, aligning priorities, and translating business strategy into a clear portfolio of initiatives.
  • Drive end-to-end value creation by identifying business value opportunities and leading cross-functional initiatives that improve profitability, competitiveness, and execution.
  • Apply strong financial and analytical leadership to identify, evaluate, and track value creation opportunities with rigor and credibility.
  • Drive the execution of value creation initiatives with a strong bias for action, turning strategy into clear plans, disciplined delivery, and measurable outcomes.
  • Standardize practical tools, methodologies, and ways of working that enable repeatable execution across the zone.
  • Build value creation capability across ANJK by equipping teams with practical tools, coaching, and consistent ways of working.
  • Operate as part of a Value Creation Trio with Marketing and R&D, working collaboratively to shape priorities, align decisions, and drive the value creation agenda forward.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders to support alignment, decision making, and execution.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders, break silos, and connect zone priorities with global direction to drive aligned execution across the business.
  • Establish governance and performance management disciplines that drive accountability, consistency, and measurable progress across the zone.
  • Lead and develop team members to build a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative value creation team.

About you:

  • Proven experience in procurement, value creation, commercial finance, category management, or related business leadership roles, ideally within FMCG or a similarly dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end FMCG commercial cycle, with the ability to connect procurement levers to broader commercial and business outcomes.
  • Finance acumen and strong analytical capability, including experience in profitability analysis, business cases, margin improvement, and RGM-related decision support as a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity and influence a broad set of stakeholders.
    Proven ability to influence others and drive alignment and decisions in a matrix environment without relying on direct authority.
  • Demonstrated track record of converting strategy into execution and delivering measurable business results.
    Strong project and change management skills, with a hands-on, action-oriented mindset
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution discipline.
    Experience designing and implementing governance, tools, frameworks, and capability-building programs.
