Job Description

ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast.

We are looking for a Partner Solutions Engineer to join our Product organization at ZoomInfo. This role will be instrumental in expanding ZoomInfo's integration ecosystem by building scalable, pre-built solutions that enable our mutual customers to leverage ZoomInfo data wherever they work. You will report directly to a Director of Product Management and serve as a critical bridge between our product, engineering, partnerships, and go-to-market teams.

Unlike traditional integration or professional services roles that focus on one-off customer solutions, you will build scalable integrations designed for widespread adoption across large customer bases. Using ZoomInfo's no-code integration building tools and our external APIs/MCPs, you will create solutions that power better outcomes and faster sales cycles for thousands of users across partner platforms.

If you are energized by building technical solutions at scale, working cross-functionally with diverse teams, and helping businesses sell better, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Build Scalable Integrations: Use ZoomInfo's no-code integration tools to create pre-built solutions that mutual customers can deploy immediately, eliminating the need for custom development.
  • Develop Partner Connector Solutions: Build integrations to ZoomInfo's external APIs and MCP tools from various partner connector platforms, enabling customers to access ZoomInfo data within their preferred tools and workflows.
  • Drive Product Improvement: Push our no-code tools and APIs to their limits, identifying gaps and working closely with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize enhancements that unlock new integration capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Partnerships, and GTM teams to understand customer pain points and build integrations that solve real problems and drive adoption.
  • Quality & Documentation: Ensure all integrations are enterprise-grade, well-documented, and maintainable, creating resources that enable customers and partners to successfully implement and use your solutions.
  • Integration Lifecycle Management: Own the full lifecycle of partner integrations from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization, monitoring performance and usage to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Advocacy: Serve as the voice of integration needs within the Product organization, influencing roadmap priorities based on partner and customer requirements.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Delivering a high volume of production-ready integrations that are adopted by large numbers of mutual customers across partner platforms.
  • Creating integrations that become critical to customer workflows, driving product stickiness and reducing churn.
  • Providing actionable feedback to Product and Engineering that directly improves our integration platform capabilities.
  • Building strong relationships with partner technical teams and becoming a trusted advisor on integration best practices.
  • Enabling GTM teams to close deals faster by ensuring ZoomInfo data is available in the tools prospects and customers already use.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Integration Engineer, Partner Engineer, Technical Solutions Engineer, or Professional Services Engineer, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience working with APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols, MCP tools, and integration platforms.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to read technical documentation, debug integration issues, and design elegant solutions to complex integration challenges.
  • Bias toward scalability—you think in terms of building solutions that work for hundreds or thousands of customers, not just one-off implementations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills—you excel at working with diverse teams includin
