What You’ll Do:
Lead with Purpose: Supervise and coordinate daily operations, including routine and project-based assignments, ensuring high standards across all areas of care.
Support Your Team: Mentor and train ES staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards. Promote a culture of learning and accountability.
Drive Excellence: Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with department managers to meet strategic goals and maintain cost-effective, quality service.
Coordinate Key Services: Oversee setups, moves, AV equipment, and waste management. Ensure smooth operations in both unit-based and non-unit-based areas.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience in environmental services or facilities management
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Ability to foster a positive and productive team environment
Education
Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience, preferably in a Health Care environment.
