Who is Flock?

Flock is the leading safety technology platform, helping communities thrive by taking a proactive approach to crime prevention and security. Our hardware and software suite connects cities, law enforcement, businesses, schools, and neighborhoods in a nationwide public-private safety network. Trusted by over 5,000 communities, 4,500 law enforcement agencies, and 1,000 businesses, Flock delivers real-time intelligence while prioritizing privacy and responsible innovation.

We’re a high-performance, low-ego team driven by urgency, collaboration, and bold thinking. Working at Flock means tackling big challenges, moving fast, and continuously improving. It’s intense but deeply rewarding for those who want to make an impact.

With nearly $700M in venture funding and a $7.5B valuation, we’re scaling intentionally and seeking top talent to help build the impossible. If you value teamwork, ownership, and solving tough problems, Flock could be the place for you.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Analyst to help power the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of our recruiting function. This role sits at the center of how we hire — supporting core processes, driving data-informed decisions, and helping scale systems that enable Flock’s growth.

You’ll work closely with recruiting leadership to keep operations running smoothly while contributing to projects that improve how we attract, evaluate, and hire talent. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and building more efficient systems. You’ll also play a key role in exploring how AI can enhance recruiting workflows in practical, meaningful ways.

Maintain and optimize the recruiting tech stack (including ATS), ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and strong user adoption

Data & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into recruiting performance; help translate data into actionable insights

Compliance & Process Integrity
Support compliance efforts across recruiting (e.g., EEO reporting, data accuracy, audit readiness) and help maintain consistent, scalable processes

Coordination & Candidate Experience
Partner with recruiting coordinators to ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience and consistent execution of scheduling and communications

Onboarding Operations
Help manage the transition from offer acceptance to onboarding by coordinating with People Ops and ensuring a seamless new hire experience

The Skillset

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, HR analytics, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously

  • Comfort working with data; experience building reports or dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, etc.)

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Ashby or similar preferred)

  • Interest in AI tools and curiosity about their application in recruiting

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to identify and solve problems
