WHAT YOU'LL DO
Here’s how you’ll make your mark:
- Own and launch high-impact campaigns across paid, social, content, partnerships, and events—creating cohesive experiences that drive awareness and growth globally.
- Turn vision into execution by building integrated campaign roadmaps that unlock high-value content and storytelling opportunities.
- Push creative boundaries by experimenting with new narratives, innovative formats, and smarter ways to measure success.
- Shape go-to-market strategies that connect with real audience needs—spanning ABM, large-scale campaigns, and performance-driven initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams to bring campaigns to life seamlessly, working closely with global, co-marketing, paid media, and project management partners.
- Adapt campaigns for global impact by partnering with regional teams to ensure relevance across markets and cultures.
- Leverage performance insights by tracking key metrics like conversion, CAC, ROAS, and LTV—and use them to guide smarter decisions.
- Communicate progress and wins clearly to stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and energized around campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by identifying opportunities for improvement and driving iterative enhancements with cross-functional teams.
TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
- You’ll need to be:
- An experienced Campaign Marketer with at least 5 years managing marketing campaigns
- A master storyteller who knows how to drive emotion while tying all results to the company’s bottom line
- A test-and-learn strategist who believes marketing is about continually challenging the status quo
- A team player who can coach and inspire colleagues as well as roll up their sleeves and support their peers across all levels, with strong interpersonal skills
- A data-driven scientist who can leverage data to make decisions quickly, and isn’t afraid to fail forward
