Why be a CRM Executive at THG?
As a CRM Executive at Myprotein, part of the THG Nutrition family, you will be instrumental in executing our CRM strategy. You will plan, support, and implement our multi-channel CRM programme, driving customer engagement and retention through email, SMS, and our app. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer interaction and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day CRM campaigns, including conceptualisation, briefing, production, and delivery of selected campaigns.
- Develop and implement a testing strategy to optimise the performance of email, SMS, and app communications.
- Collaborate with the broader CRM and marketing team to execute a dynamic and personalised CRM strategy, engaging customers at various stages of their purchasing journey.
- Produce and assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track CRM performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with our in-house creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, ensuring the creative elements of email campaigns are visually engaging and effective.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- Proven experience in CRM or a related marketing role (min 1+ years)
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative flair with an eye for design and detail.
