We’re looking for a people-first Engineering Manager to lead one of our development teams in Hamburg. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong teams, fostering collaboration, and driving technical excellence – all while growing as a leader.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a small, agile engineering team working on core services of the Adobe Cloud Platform.
• Build an environment where engineers can do their best work – through mentoring, coaching, and supporting their growth.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams across Hamburg, the US, and India to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable services.
• Drive improvements in how we build software – from development practices to team culture.
• Contribute to a platform that supports millions of creative professionals around the world.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading or mentoring software engineers – formally or informally.
• A strong technical foundation (e.g., software engineering, architecture, cloud systems, APIs).
• Great communication skills – you’re comfortable working across teams and time zones.
• A collaborative attitude – you enjoy working with others to solve problems and make things better.
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices and how to use AI to shape software development.
