The work:

Closely work with the implementor team to understand TrustVisitor architecture, configuration, and integration points. Key responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with internal teams (IAM, network, security, facilities, PACS vendors) to support system configuration and integration
    • Assist with setup and maintenance of:
      • Identity validation and access control workflows
      • SSO using PIV/CAC and certificate‑based authentication
      • SSL/TLS certificates and lifecycle management
      • Group Managed Service Accounts
      • Set up API connections or data feeds
    • Support connectivity and security requirements for an on‑premises application accessible via the public internet through a DMZ
    • Perform routine operational tasks including certificate renewals, log review, and basic troubleshooting
    • Document system configuration, operational procedures, and support processes
    • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for TrustVisitor after handoff
    • Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and 3rd party interfaced applications

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, implementation of COTS product, identity and access management, or enterprise application support
  • Working knowledge of:
    • API fundamentals (understanding endpoints, authentication, connectivity, and how COTS products interact with external systems)
    • Certificate‑based authentication and PIV/CAC
    • SSO concepts (SAML, certificate‑based authentication, OIDC)
    • SQL Server database fundamentals (basic queries, connectivity, troubleshooting)
  • Understanding of DMZ architectures and secure exposure of on‑prem applications to the public internet
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional technical teams and external vendors
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, including basic familiarity with Windows Server environments (IIS concepts, log review, service behavior)
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Active Top Secret clearance (SCI Eligible)
