Join our dynamic team as a Systems Engineer II/III! Your role is critical in applying cutting-edge model-based systems engineering (MBSE) techniques, with a focus on leveraging tools like Cameo and Simulink to innovate, design, prototype, integrate, and test unmanned systems and munitions. Embracing Cameo, holistic thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and product line innovation are pivotal in this journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage system models through Cameo Systems Modeler and Simulink.
• Define and enhance system requirements using MBSE methodologies.
• Prototype and engineer system solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive subsystem and system testing.
• Analyze data and troubleshoot challenges.
• Participate in design evaluations and technical gatherings.
• Engage with diverse teams to ensure seamless system synergy.
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.
• Possess extensive proficiency in Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Bring over 4 years of hands-on experience in model-based systems engineering.
• Demonstrate expertise in unmanned systems, aircraft, and/or munitions.
• Capability to lead and guide junior staff in an inclusive manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Practical hands-on experience preferred (e.g., design/build/fly, RC aircraft, pilot).
- A collaborative team player.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Pay Range by level:
Level II - $104,000 - $126,000
Level III - $126,000 - $159,000
