Job Description

This is where your work makes a difference.

At Baxter, we believe every person—regardless of who they are or where they are from—deserves a chance to live a healthy life. It was our founding belief in 1931 and continues to be our guiding principle. We are redefining healthcare delivery to make a greater impact today, tomorrow, and beyond.

Our Baxter colleagues are united by our Mission to Save and Sustain Lives. Together, our community is driven by a culture of courage, trust, and collaboration. Every individual is empowered to take ownership and make a meaningful impact. We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.

Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride.

The Role

We’re looking for a versatile, detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator – CRM, Design and Campaign Delivery to enhance the effectiveness of Baxter’s marketing teams.

This is not a pure graphic design role. While you will create and adapt visual assets, an equally important part of the role is working confidently in CRM systems, marketing platforms, spreadsheets, and campaign data to support accurate execution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.

You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing execution, customer insights and design supporting campaigns from brief through to delivery, reporting, and optimisation. You’ll use both established and emerging tools (including AI) to streamline workflows and improve campaign effectiveness.

You will join our Commercial Excellence team - a collaborative group of specialists who partner closely with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of campaign concepts and visual layouts in collaboration with marketing managers

  • Build, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms

  • Assist with the setup, tracking, and reporting of campaigns in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and correct campaign structure

  • Use SalesForce data, Excel, Tableau and Power-BI dashboards to support campaign tracking, reporting, customer segmentation and analysis

  • Develop and adapt visual assets including direct mail campaigns, campaign pages, and sales enablement materials

  • Ensure all assets align with Baxter brand guidelines and visual identity

  • Use Adobe InDesign for day‑to‑day design projects; Canva and Photoshop when required

  • Maintain and update digital content across websites, CRM, and campaign channels

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and workflows through technology and AI‑enabled features

  • Stay up to date with emerging digital and AI tools relevant to design, content creation, email marketing, and automation

  • Work closely with marketing managers, sales teams, and Commercial Excellence colleagues to support marketing needs

  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and positively with cross‑functional stakeholders

  • Participate in planning sessions and contribute ideas to improve content quality and overall campaign effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary studies in marketing, communications, digital media, business, analytics, design, or a related field

  • Experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, marketing operations, or related roles (agency or in‑house)

  • Solid design capability with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work (campaign assets, eDMs, sales materials)

  • Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator essential; Photoshop a plus) and familiarity with Canva

  • Comfort working with data, including CRM systems, spreadsheets, and campaign performance metrics

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, email marketing platforms, and web content editors

  • Understanding of email marketing fundamentals and end‑to‑end campaign execution

  • Strong attention to detail across both creative assets and data accuracy

  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI tools for content creation, workflow optimisation, and marketing automation

  • Willingness to prepare and present updates or insights to sales and marketing teams when required.
