Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
If you join us… You will be a key member of the Legal – Corporate/M&A team ensuring efficiency in Corporate and M&A processes. You will be part of a collaborative team ready to partner in initiatives influencing all aspects of the business, and willing to go the extra mile.
Role
As a member of the Legal – Corporate/M&A team, you will notably focus on the following missions:
Setting-up and support of gaming studios in the entire world including assistance in the drafting and negotiation of the documentation, coordination with French and local legal advisors, and organization of signing and closing processes
Corporate support to the French and foreign entities of the Voodoo group, including corporate governance issues, implementation and follow-up of incentive mechanisms for employees (free shares, BSPCE, etc.), corporate support to the Voodoo group entities (capital increases, organization of shareholders’ and board meetings, drafting of PoAs, etc.)
Assistance on M&A transactions made by the Voodoo group
Legal guidance and solutions provided to the operational teams
Profile
Previous experience in the Corporate/M&A department of a law firm as an intern
Fluency in English and French absolutely required (most of the work is in English)
Pragmatic, problem solver, fast executor and rigorous
Personality is key: Good sense of humor, positive energy, with a strong team spirit
