We are looking to add an Assistant to help both Title and Escrow teams within the Energy Services Group. This in-office position supports a large national team with escrow and title duties and processes. This person will provide excellent customer service and assist in the establishment of new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts.What You'll Do
- Perform various related duties, including document review/abstracting, and the facilitation of the recording of legal documents nationwide.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties to assist in the processing of escrow and title transactions.
- Assist in the maintenance of online communication tools data entry and information compliance.
- Communicate with customers and vendors on a regular basis providing status updates
- Responsible for pre-close maintenance and post-close follow up on escrow and title issues.
- Help to develop and/or obtain required escrow and title documentation in accordance with instructions, file needs, policy and procedures, and applicable statutory and Federal regulations
- Use research to create and maintain files, records and reports.
- Respond to inquiries and gather information to resolve issues.
- Audit calculations and legal documents for accuracy.
- Participate in the business development activities to help maintain existing clients and to acquire new clients.
What You'll Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years related experience directly assisting with escrow and/or title transactions with some real estate related knowledge and experience
- Communicate professionally with all customers.

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
