Responsibilities
Campaign Activation & Execution
- Execute campaign activations across multiple channels, including:
- JPo
- SFMC (email journeys and sends)
- Approved Email
- eDA
- Messaging channels (e.g. LINE, Kakao and other approved platforms)
- Coordinate upload requests or perform uploads according to approved instructions and timelines
- Ensure campaign set‑ups align with agreed plans, materials, and target audiences
Audience, Data & Survey Management
- Extract, validate, and confirm contact, email, and messaging recipient lists with business stakeholders
- Apply correct segmentation, opt‑in, and exclusion logic across channels
- Set up and configure surveys within CRM systems (e.g. linking surveys to campaigns, audiences, and channels)
- Coordinate survey deployment as part of campaign execution and ensure correct tracking is in place
Pre‑Launch Testing & Quality Checks
- Coordinate pre‑flight testing (e.g. email rendering, links, tracking, message delivery, survey functionality)
- Confirm launch readiness and escalate risks or issues in a timely manner
- Support adherence to internal operational and compliance requirements
Reporting & Documentation
- Extract post‑campaign and survey performance data from relevant platforms
- Prepare standard campaign, email, messaging, and survey performance reports
- Maintain clear documentation of activation steps, timelines, and status
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for campaign activation and survey execution activities
- Work closely with CX planning teams, Brand teams, agencies, and platform partners
- Support smooth handover from planning to execution
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Experience in campaign operations, CRM, digital marketing execution, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially:
- Excel (basic formulas, filtering, data validation)
- PowerPoint (structured reporting)
- Word (documentation)
- Basic understanding of Copilot and productivity tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email platforms, messaging platforms, and survey set‑up within CRM is an advantage (e.g. SFMC, Approved Email, LINE, Kakao, CRM‑based survey tools)
Language Requirements
- Reading & Writing: Traditional Chinese, English
- Spoken: Mandarin, English
- Cantonese is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy
- Comfortable working with structured processes and instructions
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently
