About the role
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sr Digital Process Analyst to support enterprise process visibility and continuous improvement by modelling, analysing, and optimizing business processes using SAP Signavio. The role partners with process owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to create process maps, identify improvement/automation opportunities, and maintain a high-quality process repository aligned to BPMN 2.0 standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Model and document business processes using Signavio Business Transformation Suite.
- Support process standardization across teams/regions; ensure models meet quality and governance checks.
- Build process maps covering roles, systems, controls, handoffs, exceptions, business rules, and escalation paths.
- Conduct process walkthroughs/workshops to validate flows and identify bottlenecks, rework loops, and compliance gaps.
- Translate findings into structured improvement recommendations with measurable outcomes (cycle time, quality, SLA adherence).
- Identify and provide insights for automation/digitization opportunities (workflow improvements, RPA suitability, system enhancements)
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business / IT / Engineering or related).
- 5+ years experience in business analysis / process excellence / digital transformation / BPM roles.
- Hands-on experience with expertise in SAP Signavio or similar BPM tools (ARIS, Bizagi, Visio BPMN, etc.).
- Working knowledge of BPMN 2.0, process governance, and documentation best practices.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; able to run working sessions and drive closure.
- Strong communication skills; ability to convert complex workflows into clear models and summaries.
Willingness to work in shift to support US business (No night shift required)
Preferred / Good to Have
- SAP Signavio certification (preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent).
- Experience working in a global/shared-services environment or CoE model.
