About the role

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

We’re hiring a Product Manager III to help shape and deliver key capabilities within our Wholesale Network team to build great products that will shape the wholesale industry.

This is a highly cross-functional, technically complex role. You’ll own product direction for a critical area of our platform, working across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver meaningful improvements for merchants and brands. The work spans structured data, platform integrations, and multi-surface user experiences, and requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, and disciplined execution.

If you are a dedicated problem-solver and are ready to make a huge impact on an international scale, we would love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll serve as the product owner and subject matter expert for your area, while contributing to broader team and organizational objectives.

  • Define and drive product strategy for a core area of the Wholesale Network.
  • Translate complex customer and business problems into clear, actionable product direction.
  • Craft feature definitions and scope that balance customer impact, technical feasibility, and long-term platform health.
  • Own prioritization and roadmap decisions in partnership with engineering and design.
  • Lead discovery efforts with customers and internal stakeholders to validate problems and shape solutions.
  • Drive execution from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and iterate based on evidence.
  • Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively align across product surfaces.
  • Contribute to longer-term platform strategy and future roadmap planning.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market teams to ensure thoughtful, well-supported launches.

How you’ll know you’re thriving in this role:

  • The team has clarity. Engineers and designers understand the problem, constraints, and what success looks like, and feel ownership over the solution.
  • The roadmap reflects a coherent strategy, not just incremental feature delivery.
  • You make explicit, well-reasoned tradeoffs between customer impact, technical complexity, and business outcomes.
  • Ambiguity doesn’t stall progress. You define assumptions, validate them quickly, and move forward.
  • Product decisions are grounded in evidence, customer insight, usage data, and measurable results.
  • Stakeholders trust your judgment and rely on you to align priorities across teams.
  • Risks and dependencies are surfaced early and managed proactively.
  • Shipped work leads to meaningful improvements in customer experience and product performance.
  • The team feels focused, empowered, and confident about what’s next.

What you need to bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, owning and delivering complex software products.
  • Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive execution in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working closely with engineering on technically complex systems (e.g., structured data, integrations, large-scale catalogs, or platform-level features).
  • Strong prioritization skills and comfort making tradeoffs with incomplete information.
  • Experience leading customer discovery and translating insights into shipped solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and modern product development practices.
  • Ability to define success metrics and use data to inform decisions.

Even better if you have, but not necessary:

  • Understanding of SMB or enterprise wholesale between merchants and brands/suppliers.
  • Retail and e-commerce industry experience.

What will help you succeed in this role:

  • Strong product judgment and systems thinking. You can break down complex, interconnected prob
