About the Role
As a Benefits Broker Sr Manager / Manager, you will drive the global commercial strategy across benefits renewals, broker partnerships and vendor ecosystems. You will lead initiatives that optimize pricing, funding models and supplier performance while identifying innovation opportunities that improve business outcomes and employee experience. This role combines commercial acumen, market intelligence and strategic stakeholder engagement to strengthen healthcare, risk and retirement benefit programs. Success is measured through cost optimization, enhanced renewal outcomes, effective broker governance and a future-ready benefits ecosystem.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and execute global commercial strategies for benefits renewals, broker relationships and vendor partnerships.
- Lead broker selection, governance, performance management and transition activities where applicable.
- Analyze market trends, benchmarking data and AI-driven insights to optimize pricing and improve renewal outcomes.
- Drive supplier innovation and conduct ongoing market scans to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
- Build and evaluate cost models, funding strategies and commercial recommendations supporting benefit programs.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, Operations, Communications and country stakeholders to align commercial decisions with governance requirements.
- Establish and maintain performance metrics to assess broker and supplier value, effectiveness and service quality.
- Connect commercial decisions to product design, employee experience objectives and country-specific requirements.
- Define clear ownership and handoff processes between broker management, renewal execution teams and operational stakeholders.
- Leverage data, automation and technology-enabled insights to improve decision-making and strengthen long-term operating models.
What you Bring :
- 8 to 12 years of experience in global insurance and benefits experience across multiple countries and/or regions.
- Experience supporting health, risk and retirement programmes.
- Strong broker, insurer and vendor management experience.
- Experience developing renewal strategies, commercial negotiations and funding approaches.
- Ability to balance global frameworks with local market requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working with Finance, Tax, Procurement, Legal, HR and external partners.
- Experience using data, technology and AI-enabled insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Understanding of governance and policy frameworks, with a primary focus on commercial strategy and portfolio optimisation.

- Knowledge of insured benefit structures, brokerage services and vendor ecosystem management.
- Experience utilizing benefits benchmarking platforms, analytics tools and automation technologies.

- Professional certifications related to employee benefits, insurance, risk management or procurement.
