The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an End User Sales Representative/営業, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • 関東近郊の歯科医院に対して直接製品提案を行い、当社歯科用製品(歯科材料)の価値を届けることで、売上成長と市場での存在感を高めていただくポジションです。
  • 担当エリア(関東近郊)の歯科医院を訪問し、関係構築から製品提案、新規採用までの営業活動を担う                                               
  • 製品提案やデモ実施、導入後のフォローを通じて、売上目標の達成を目指す                                               
  • チャネルパートナー(特約店/販売店)と連携しながら、新規顧客の開拓にも積極的に取り組む                                           
  • CRMシステムを活用し、商談の進捗  案件管理  日々のセールス活動を管理する                                       
  • 社内関連部門(マーケティング部やコマーシャルエクセレンスグループ 等)と連携し、顧客への提供価値を最大化する           

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 医療業界または歯科業界での営業経験があることが望ましい                            
  • 自分で考えて活動できる自律性と、相手の信頼を得られるコミュニケーション力
  • 日本語:ネイティブレベル                                               
  • 英語:社内のやり取りに支障がないレベルがあれば望ましい             
  • CRMツールの実務経験            

Work location: 東京都品川区(東京・千葉・神奈川または未来転勤あり)

·       Hybrid (Onsite and Remote): Eligible

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
