About the role
The role plays a key part in supporting design changes for current products and developing new product options to drive the growth of the Commercial and Light Commercial business. In this position, you will contribute to sustaining engineering, cost reduction, and special projects, helping continuously improve product quality and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience working across the full design lifecycle, from concept to manufacturing, while making a direct impact on business results.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Supporting the release of engineering designs to manufacturing plants for production review
•    Participating in the design process from engineering concept through manufacturing check sample
•    Producing detailed drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) using CAD and PLM systems
•    Designing and drafting components, assemblies, and product packaging
•    Completing design tasks using PLM workflows while ensuring data accuracy
•    Following and adhering to product design engineering specifications
•    Maintaining integrity of all engineering data and keeping BOMs updated

Requirements
We are looking for people who are detail-oriented, proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:


•    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
•    up to 3 years of experience or knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., Creo, AutoCAD or similar)
•    Basic understanding of PLM systems and engineering workflows
•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks, results oriented.
