Your Role
Develop, propose and/or implement function-related policies, methods, processes or plan and execute projects and programs, in order to improve processes in focus.
Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis on projects or programs.
Support continuos improvement iniciatives.
Accomplish analyses on function-related process effectiveness.
Maintain, develop, propose, and implement function-related policies, procedures, and other guidelines.
Plan function-related projects and execute the programs according to milestone plan agreed.
Plan resources and organize project processes. Advise project team members accordingly, and report on project progress.
Communicate services, initiatives, and programs, and respond to related inquiries from local organizations.
Facilitate training for employees and managers, regarding new standards, processes or tools.
Your Profile
Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Spanish
- Stakeholder Management
- Project Governance and Compliance
- Continuos improvement knowledge.
- Greenbelt Yellowbelt is a plus.
Experience
- 1 - 3 years of job experience managing projects.
- Experience working in a global environment.
- Experience working in shared services industry.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or certification in project management or related field
