The job holder is to support the Head of Corporate Actuarial to shape the future of finance and actuarial processes, especially for Actuarial data management and Actuarial process automation. Help ensure that actuarial processes are time and cost efficient, and to ensure the actuarial staff can have more time to focus on the key business deliverables.

Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc

• Review and identify the limitations in the current end to end valuation process including data management, actuarial model practice enhancement, reports and MI production process enhancement. / Giám sát và xác định những hạn chế hiện có trong quy trình hoạt đông báo cáo định phí, bao gồm quản lý dữ liệu, cải thiện năng suất trong vận hành mô hình định phí, quy trình thiết lập báo cáo tài chính và các hệ thống thông tin tích hợp phục vụ cho việc quản trị nội bộ của công ty.
• Design and implement process improvement projects including post-implementation performance tracking / Chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế và đề xuất cải tiến quy trình, triển khai các dự án cải tiến quy trình hoạt động bao gồm cả việc đo lường hiệu quả vận hành sau triển khai.
• Centralizing and standardizing the Prophet reporting dataset, including database design and implementation and report production automation /Chuẩn hóa dữ liệu của mô hình Định phí Prophet, bao gồm cả thiết kế cơ sở dữ liệu và tự động hóa báo cáo từ cơ sở dữ liệu đã chuẩn hóa.
• Working closely with modeling team and IT to unlock and enable the technology opportunities that align with PVA and Group technology strategy, including model automation, data analytics tool access and capabilities improvement. / Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận quản trị mô hình tính toán và bộ phận công nghệ để khai phá các cơ hội về công nghệ phù hợp với chiến lược công nghệ của PVA và của Tập đoàn, bao gồm tự động hóa khâu vận hành mô hình tính toán định phí, liên tục cập nhật và nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn về công nghệ phân tích dữ liệu.

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

Qualifications / Bằng cấp

• University degree in a major with significant exposure to actuarial, finance, mathematics, data science, computer science and/or statistics. /Bằng đại học chuyên ngành có liên quan đáng kể với Định Phí, Tài Chính, Toán Học, Khoa học dữ liệu, Khoa học máy tính và / hoặc Thống Kê
• At least near ASA level or equal and keep studying towards to get the actuarial Fellow qualification / Tối thiểu gần đạt cấp độ ASA hoặc tương đương và vẫn tiếp tục học để trở thành thành viên của một tổ chức Định Phí được công nhận
• Relevant certification in Data Analytics and Data Science is a plus / Có các chứng chỉ liên quan về Phân tích dữ liệu và Khoa học dữ liệu là một lợi thế

Experiences / Kinh nghiệm

• At least 4 years relevant actuarial or risk management experience in a life insurance company, with experience in multiple aspects of actuarial work, with particular on actuarial data and modeling. / Có ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm về ngành Định Phí, với kinh nghiệm trong nhiều khía cạnh của công việc Định Phí, đặc biệt chú trọng vào quản lý dữ liệu và phát triển mô hình định phí.
• Having relevant supervisory or mentoring responsibilities, and must have exhibited good project management skills/ Có trách nhiệm giám sát hoặc cố vấn có liên quan và phải thể hiện các kỹ năng quản lý dự án tốt
• Having relevant experience in project management/ Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án
• Having experience in solutions architect is a plus/ Có kinh nghiệm về kiến trúc giải pháp công nghệ thông tin là một ưu điểm

Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng

• Extensive actuarial and insurance knowledge learned from both examinations and job experience./ Kiến thức chuyên sâu về Định Phí và Bảo Hiểm đã học được từ cả kỳ thi và kinh nghiệm làm việc.
• Strong knowledge in data analytics, data engineering (especially Databricks) and data solutions development / có hiểu biết chuyên sâu về phân tích dữ liệu, thiết kế xây dựng và tối ưu hóa hệ thống dữ liệu cũng như phát triển giải pháp quản lý và phân tích dữ liệu.
• Understanding of the dynamics of an insurance company and how the actuarial functions relate to this/ Hiểu biết về sự năng động trong một công ty bảo hiểm và cách phòng Định Phí liên quan đến điều này.
• High analytical skill/ Kĩ nâng phân tích cao.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision / Khả năng làm việc độc lập không cần nhiều hướng dẫn.
• Strong leadership, project management, coaching and mentoring skills/ Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý dự án, huấn luyện và cố vấn mạnh mẽ
• Excellent verbal communication, writing and presentation skills/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp, viết và thuyết trình tuyệt vời
• Fluent English/ Giao tiếp tiếng Anh thành thạo
