Cloud Business Development Representative

Job Description:

In Arrow we are always looking forward (Five Years Out) to partner Technology development that is changing our lives. Currently, due to increased business need, we are looking to hire BDM that will focus on Microsoft. BDM will be bringing technical expertise to the team, yet, part of this role includes delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars and providing technical advice and support for customers.

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow

Working in parallel with sales representatives to sell and promote Microsoft products to our partners/customers,
Providing technical knowledge and expertise,
Being certified in Microsoft technologies,
Supporting the Microsoft business team in the development, construction of offers to the partners/clients,
Interacting with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy,
Delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars and providing technical advice for our partners/customers,
Regular partner/customer visiting,
Creating of PoC (proof of concepts) within the real customers environment, co-operate with regional Arrow presales,
Work in collaboration with Microsoft sales account teams, regional Microsoft executives,
Strengthen loyalty in our partners,
Increase Arrow market share in Microsoft products,
Represent the Company at technology conference and events,
Enhance the company’s reputation.

Key Skills / Experience:

Minimum 4-5 years and more of Business Development experience
IT Cloud sales and solutions experience - preferred, especially from Microsoft family
Ability to build strong and lasting business relationships
Have a good knowledge of industry, trends & technology
Experience of enterprise sales cycles and managing bids to closure
Ability to understand expectations and build a strong plan to meet goals
Ability to manage forecasting and providing reports to senior management
