We are looking for an accomplished Executive Director, Software Engineering to lead enterprise ERP strategy, architecture, and delivery across our global organization. This executive-level role owns the vision and roadmap for our SAP S/4HANA enterprise platform, spanning Finance, Controlling, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, and integrated reporting and analytics.
The successful candidate will partner with the senior leaders and business unit leaders to drive end-to-end digital transformation, modernize core operating processes, and deliver measurable business value across the enterprise. This leader will manage large, globally distributed teams and orchestrate complex programs involving system integrators, cloud providers, and a broad ecosystem of complementary platforms.
Strategic Leadership & Transformation
• Define and execute the enterprise ERP strategy, aligning the SAP S/4HANA roadmap with corporate growth, M&A, and operating model objectives.
• Lead full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA programs at enterprise scale, including greenfield implementations, brownfield conversions, and selective data transitions across multiple geographies and business units.
• Serve as the senior enterprise architect for the ERP platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to clean-core principles.
• Translate complex transformation initiatives into clear value propositions for C-suite executives and the Board, including business case development and benefits realization tracking.
Delivery & Operations
• Own the design, implementation, and ongoing operations of SAP S/4HANA across Finance (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting), Controlling, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Order-to-Cash.
• Oversee integrations with adjacent enterprise platforms including SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur, Workday, Salesforce, and enterprise data and EDI ecosystems.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and plan-to-produce value streams.
• Lead the operational model for ERP support, including managed-service partnerships, captive centers, and global support coverage.
People & Stakeholder Management
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team of onshore and offshore resources, including managers, architects, functional leads, and external partners.
• Manage strategic relationships with SAP, hyperscalers, and Tier 1 system integrators; lead RFP processes, contract negotiations, and vendor performance governance.
Partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial leadership as a strategic technology advisor.

- Deep expertise across SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (GL, FSCD, FPSL, MDG) and integrations with platforms such as Workday, BlackLine, Concur, BPC, and cloud data hubs.
- Proven track record of leading global, distributed teams (onshore and offshore) and managing relationships with system integrators and managed-service providers.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree strongly preferred.
