- The Maintenance Mechanic II supports HSN and helps ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our automated fulfillment center equipment and facility systems.
Where You'll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our fulfillment center in Piney Flats, TN daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- Schedule: 12 hour Rotating (7:00 PM–7:30 AM).
- You will report to the Maintenance Area Manager.
What You'll Do
- You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated sortation systems, conveyors, and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, partnering with senior technicians on controls‑related diagnostics and equipment modifications.
- Complete scheduled repairs and equipment adjustments to meet operational requirements and maintain performance within defined tolerances.
- Document all work performed by capturing labor, parts, and task details in the maintenance management system.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience repairing and maintaining electro‑mechanical equipment in a production or fulfillment environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to interpret using technical data, schematics, and diagrams.
- Familiarity with electrical controls, conveyors, drives, bearings, and related components.
- Follow all safety procedures, work with cross‑functional teams, and departments.
- Physical capability to lift 30 lbs (up to 70 lbs), climb ladders and stairs, and work in varying temperature conditions.
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic software
