Job title : HO Airframe Services - CAMO
Accountabilities
The Jobholder is responsible for the oversight, delivery and performance of the Technical Engineering under the Aircraft Lifecycle Management
AIRBUS CAMO offers Continuing Airworthiness services in combination with other services to ensure a hassle-free, integrated solution for Lessors and Airlines alike. We are an EASA approved CAMO Part M subpart G & I organization (Certification number FR.CAMO.0085 and 2-REG.39.168)
As OEM, Airbus provides significant product and fleet knowledge, as well as a direct link with Engineering functions and experience in working with National Aviation Authorities.
In this function the jobholder will be working under the Airbus CAMO approval, reference FR-CAMO-0085 and 2-REG.39.168 to ensure the on-time, on-cost, on-quality delivery of deliverables.
The position is functionally attached to the HO Engineering Aircraft Lifecycle based in Toulouse and locally attached to the HO FTM-CT & CAM based in Bengaluru.

Main activities
As a member of Technical Engineering - Aircraft Lifecycle team, the job holder has accountability, with his/her peers and his/her manager, as a team to:
Support on site Teams with initiatives and measures to maintain and enhance external customer satisfaction in-line with Lifecycle Engineering priorities and objectives.
Establish and optimize integrated workshare frameworks across SRA, SIMA and 1IAZ teams to align deliverables and achieve shared objectives
Put in place and run, a department operating model allowing control of business activities (performance, risk…) and associated resources
Foster the development and implementation of standardized processes, methods and tools, in coordination with the CAMO PH and Quality (QBSR) team, to improve efficiency and quality of activities performed
Represent AIRBUS CAMO team in front of Customer/Regulators as and when deemed necessary
Support sales campaigns when necessary
The jobholder is responsible for the organization and management of team(s) reporting operationally to him/her, which consists in:
Organization and staffing of team as per business requirement,
Translating the SRA (Aircraft Lifecycle) team strategy into clear activities for his/her team,
Ensuring his/her team objectives are defined and manage individual performance of his/her team members,
Engaging and develop his/her team & managing team skills, competences & knowledge, supporting mobility
Anticipate succession planning,
Managing integration of remote staff (as and when applicable),
Managing budget, AOP, Risks and Opportunities in coordination with HO FTM and HO SRAI
Promote employee & team well being and ensure a work organization compliant to time management
With the integrated support and contribution of Aircraft Engineering Lifecycle teams, the jobholder and his/her teams are responsible to deliver the following activities as per the workshare identified and defined:
The oversight, delivery and performance of:
Aircraft Airworthiness and Configuration statuses
Preparation and Review of aircraft work packages
Ensuring the availability and accuracy of the associated technical records
Demonstrating the compliance to relevant stakeholders
Managing all technical queries including answers to customers, trigger and follow-up corrective actions.
Ensuring compliance with KPIs (OTD,RFT…)
Delivering technical solutions to customers for related in-service issues.
Consolidating and analyzing in-service data from customers.
Supporting Continued Airworthiness (Part 21 compliance) if applicable.
Review of contractual deliverables

As a team leader of the AIRBUS CAMO Technical Engineering Aircraft Lifecycle team, You will be the local relay of the Head Of Engineering Aircraft Lifecycle based in Toulouse.
Your focus will be to ensure :
A close communication / reporting between AIRBUS TLS & BLR management
Monitoring and Securisation of the team skills and performances
Follow-up of the team workload and availability
Support financial consolidation and transfer
Manage training requirements, annual performance reviews and competence building
Be local SMS Representative for the AIRBUS CAMO department
Be local I-SMS Representative for the AIRBUS CAMO department
Being Process Owner Manager representative (POM rep.) for SU.ES.03
Being focal point to manage AIRBUS internal audit(s) and authorities audit(s)
Activities assigned by HO FTM-CT
As a designate CAMO AD Manager
You will be accountable for execution of M2673.2 and M2673.9 procedures
Designated trainer for M2 trainings (specific modules)
Supporting and Managing AIRBUS internal audit(s) and authorities audit(s)
Job Requirement
Minimum degree holder in Engineering (preferably Aerospace) or AME, with specialisation in related fields
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Airline / OEM / MRO, mainly in Technical Services leadership position
Good knowledge of Continued Airworthiness Management
Good knowledge about AIRBUS, Engine Manufacturers’ and OEMs Technical Documentation
Exposure to Finance
Exposure to SMS, I-SMS and risk/change management
Good knowledge of Maintenance Information Systems
Licence or Type training on commercial transport category aircraft, preferably on any Airbus fleet aircraft (Desirable)
Strong Leadership, communication & managerial skills
Superior organisational skills, flexibility to manage multiple priorities, adaptability to changing & challenging deadlines with attention to detail,
Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer interfacing experience in an aircraft operations and management environment
Proven experience in multicultural and international environment
Actively takes ownership / initiative to support & develop the business
Excellent level of spoken and written English

The Jobholder is a member of the FTM-CT organization, and reports:
Operationally to the Head of FTM-CT (IISBI)
Functionally to the Head of Engineering Aircraft Lifecycle (SRAI)
AIRBUS Flight Hour Services (FHS) is a transnational team Headquartered in Toulouse France, with a strong international footprint. Airbus FHS provides customized services to its Customers (mainly Airlines) ranging from FHS-Component PBH services, up to a TSP (Tailored Support Program) and FTM Standalone (Fleet Technical Management) with the objective to provide airlines the improvement of their maintenance and engineering activities to allow an increased aircraft reliability and availability, whilst supporting significant inventory management and repair cost savings. Such packages include fleet technical management, component maintenance, spare management, airframe maintenance and engineering services that are delivered by cooperating with a partner, suppliers such as OEMs, MROs or other service providers, subsidiaries or between several Operating Units.
AIRBUS Fleet Technical Management Central Team (FTM-CT) is based out of Bengaluru India and supports Airline Engineering teams to ensure highest level of FHS Component Reliability and TSP/FTM Standalone Customers to support increased aircraft reliability and availability, in line with applicable airworthiness requirements such as EASA & NAA and in accordance with Airbus Technical Standards and FHS Financial interests. FTM-CT is functionally linked to the In-Service Engineering (Airline Engineering) organization.
