YOUR MISSION
Glovo is looking for a talented and experienced GX Experience & Growth Specialist within the Supply Operations team, based in Tunis. Alongside with the operations team, the GX and Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and improving couriers (Glovers) end-to-end lifecycle across the country.
THE JOURNEY
- Be responsible for the whole lifecycle of a courier : acquisition of new couriers, their onboarding workflow, retention and loyalty program
- Provide couriers acquisition needs based on the trend and seasonality (e.g. major events, eids etc.)
- Generate market insights from focus groups, surveys, and others.
- Optimize acquisition strategy, budget and channels based on performance and priority
- Ensure couriers materials are not running out of stock to cover for new onboardings or replacements
- Responsible for implementation of loyalty programs for couriers (benefits and rewards, timeline) and negotiating local benefits and perks for the Glovers.
- Responsible for CRM and always-on communications with couriers and developing specific communications for Glovers.
- Coordinate with brokers for insurance cases progress
- Provide - along with Regions owners - compliance and fleet operational settings
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Professional English, French and Arabic - you will be the owner of all communications sent to couriers !
- Data-driven approach - You will be challenged… but data and metrics are your best back up! You love them and leverage them!
- Communication skills - You will be interacting with many stakeholders and managing relations with couriers (CRM) - adapting the tone and the wordings is a must to bring impact
- Critical thinking - You have a business sense, you understand the metrics and can seize the impact on business
- Strong team spirit and collaboration - sync with different regions / city owners
- Problem solving and pragmatic - at Glovo, we are evolving in a fast paced environment especially when it comes to Operations, you are excited about new challenges and you know how to quickly adapt and driven by problem solving mindset
- Mastering Excel Basics - you will be handling some quick analysis and you know how to handle Excel / Google Sheets basic formulas
