Position Responsibilities
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with the Occupational Therapy team to carry out individualized treatment plans
- Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Provide supportive, encouraging, and patient-centered care during therapy sessions
