Position Responsibilities

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will:

Work closely with the Occupational Therapy team to carry out individualized treatment plans
Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence
Provide supportive, encouraging, and patient-centered care during therapy sessions
