What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment, machinery, and control systems.
- Perform routine equipment checks, inspections, and adjustments.
- Record accurate production and process data throughout the shift.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and support maintenance activities.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S standards.
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and team members during shift changeovers.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or processing environment.
- Ability to follow established procedures and read gauges/instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
