Specialist Software Engineer - Workday

Position Summary

• Must be certified or experienced in Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Time tracking, Learning, Recruiting)
• Should have minimum 4-5 Years of Workday Implementation and/or Support experience.
• Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of solutions according to customer requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
• Hands-on experience of configuring the Workday system is REQUIRED.
• Understanding of Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects.
• Strong functional knowledge in workday business processes.
• Knowledge in workday tools like EIBs, Advanced loads, migration recipes, configuration packages, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Workday Security.
• Prepare end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
• Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
• Must be able to resolve incidents and cases and provide production/warranty support.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
