About the role
You Are:
The SAP Application Developer Lead Senior Manager is responsible for leading detailed application design, development (coding), unit testing, and break/fix development remediation.
The Work:
- Conduct translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
- Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
- Conduct the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
- Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
Here's What You Need:
- Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
- 7 + years SAP ECC and S/4 development experience
- Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation.
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities

- In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to align and implement technical solutions using SAP and Icertis efficiently and in accordance with vendor best practices to minimize customization, enable vendor software upgrades, and maximize maintainability
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP project teams.
- Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies, as well as a commitment to staying updated on industry trends

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
