About the role

JOB PURPOSE
  • Improving body shop efficiency with Revenue
  • Supplier management like supplier of Paint, Consumable, insurance companies, RSA provider etc.
  • Lead Innovations in Body shop to improve efficiency like AI etc.
  • Ensure adherence to repair quality & paint process quality
  • Enhance dealer manpower skill and capability through training and control

Responsibilities:

1. Body & Paint revenue growth

  • Drive B&P workshop inflow growth across dealer network
  • BP Repair Order & Parts/BPRO - Target finalization for all India. Regular Monitoring Dealer Dispersion w.r.t target. Review with bottom dealers along with the Filed team.
  •  Commodity Penetration: Monitoring BP Commodity penetration. Dealer dispersion and review with bottom dealers to identify the root cause and actions.
  • Body shop Quality enhancement : Body 5- Based on the customer concerns/Revenues, identifying the dealers for Body 5 activities. Execution and implementation of body 5 at identified dealers. Monitoring the results after implementations.
  • PMGR to BP Conversion- Visualization through daily reports. Dealer dispersion w.r.t Target/National Average/Best dealer. Improvement actions through bottom dealer reviews.
  • Quarterly Review with vendors for ORC Reconciliation and Improvement of Business.
  • Raising the Paint ORC Invoices for collection of Business Auxiliary Charges.

2. Lead Innovations: Digital estimation through Artificial Intelligence

  • Enhancement of AI system for new innovative services  
  • Monitoring and improving of AI estimates through AI
  • Dashboard for AI Penetration & Revenue
  • Meeting with vendors to address the dealer concerns.
  • New Model integration in system
  • Review with weak dealers along with Field team

3. Paint Company Management (including Paint Drop Shipment)

  • Manage strategic relationships with paint companies and allied vendors
  • Drive regular business reviews, commercial coordination, ORC reconciliation, technical support alignment, and joint business improvement initiatives across the dealer network
  • Conversions of dealers in paint Drop Shipment
  • Execution of Paint Orders from Ware house.

4. Ensure adherence to repair quality & paint process quality

  • Improve repair quality and first-time-right ratio.
  • Monitor Rework percentage, Quality audit scores
  • Conduct technical audits and process gap analysis.
  • Ensure proper usage of Repair tools & equipment
  • Support implementation of advanced repair techniques.

5. Enhance dealer manpower skill and capability through training and control

  • Identify technical skill gaps across dealer manpower
  • Prepare annual training roadmap
  • Monitor training effectiveness
  • Drive adoption of new repair technologies and innovation

6. Collaboration with Insurance Companies

  • Build strong coordination with insurance companies and surveyors
  • Support dealers in accident business generation activities
  • Target Finalization and monitoring. Dealer dispersion management.
  • Coordinate with NRFSI to launch the new schemes & channel partners for better coverage.
  • Arranging the steering committee with Insurance Partners for Quarterly Review

7. Road Side Assistance

  • Drive Roadside Assistance (RSA) business performance across the dealer network
  • Monitor RSA penetration, vendor performance, customer experience, claim processes
  • Securing RSA Budget, Negotiation With vendors for best price, Floating of RFQ to get the best quotes
  • Finalization RSA Retail prices and schemes
  • RSA Payment execution monthly.
  • Monthly meeting with vendor for customer concern addressal and improvement action plan.
  • Dashboard-->Parato Anlaysis of Concerns-->Action followup from TCS to reduce the concerns

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma / BE - Mechanical, Automobile or equivalent

Sound experience on Body & Paint Operations and Insurance claim management

Must have advanced level skill on Microsoft Office – Excel, word, PowerPoint,

Min 8+ years of experience in OEM Aftersales operations in HO

Should have good understanding on dealer aftersales processes.

Should have sound knowledge of business & marketing
