About Job

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and implementation of overall testing plans to ensure the quality and user experience of the product (short video + e-commerce mobile app).

2. Establish and manage the testing team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team culture building.

3. Design and execute test cases, including functional testing, performance testing, security testing, compatibility testing, etc., to ensure test coverage and quality.

4. Track and manage the testing progress, ensuring that the testing plan is synchronized with the product development plan, and timely discover issues and promote problem resolution.

5. Collaborate closely with development team, product team, and UI/UX team to ensure smooth integration of testing with product design and development processes.

6. Continuously optimize the testing process, introduce new testing tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.

7. Organize regular technical sharing and training sessions for the testing team to enhance the overall technical level of the team.

8. Write and review test reports, analyze and summarize test results, and provide improvement suggestions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or related fields, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in mobile application testing, including at least 2 years of team management experience.

2. Proficient in software testing theories, methods, and technologies, with a deep understanding of the short video and e-commerce industry would be an added advantage.

3. Proficient in at least one mainstream automation testing tool, such as Appium, Robot Framework, or similar frameworks and capable of writing automation test scripts.

4. Strong logical thinking ability, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills, with enthusiasm for testing work.

5. Proficient in both English and Mandarin skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to read and understand technical documents in both English and Chinese and communicate effectively with foreign colleagues.

6. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate effectively with development, product, and other teams to advance project progress together.

7. Ability to adapt to a fast-changing work environment, withstand pressure, and accept frequent business travel tasks.

8. Familiar with agile development processes, PMP or agile certification is preferred.
