NVIDIA is hiring a remarkable Technical Program Manager to develop the future of XR and AI Robotics. We seek individuals passionate about solving complex problems and pushing forward innovation in tele-operation and data collection for robotics through spatial computing technologies.

This role involves applying your program management skills along with technical leadership to grow development of NVIDIA's XR and AI Robotics projects. We want a resourceful, driven, and exceptionally effective professional to assist us in inventing the future of computing.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the XR and AI robotics program through product launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality; foster alignment across various cross-functional groups, including development, product, security, test, and business development.

  • Develop detailed project schedules and workflows, coordinating achievements, dependencies, and scope changes.

  • Identify and mitigate technical or schedule risks early, providing clear, data-driven updates to leadership.

  • Partner with Devrel, business development teams to land potential partners for the program, tracking partner engagement progress and ensuring partner success.

  • Support engineering integration effort across different organizations and teams, functioning as an ambassador/bridge to foster efficient communication and decision making.

  • Partner with engineering and relevant NVIDIA teams to automate tracking, reporting, and data integration, improving clarity and efficiency.

  • Gather lessons learned and standardize guidelines to strengthen future programs.

What We Need to See:

  • BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership.

  • Strong understanding of program management principles, delivery-focused approach.

  • Hands-on experience addressing real world challenges using at least one of the following: XR, robotics, AI, distributed system, media streaming, and networking.

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities; flourishes in fast-paced, multi-functional atmospheres.

  • Phenomenal great teammate and collaborator.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
