Responsibilities:
- Own the hourly recruiting process end-to-end, including phone screens, interview coordination, hiring, and onboarding support.
- Coordinate and schedule key employee events such as orientations, benefits enrollment, and exit processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help create a positive, energetic workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records by scanning, organizing, and updating documentation in HR systems.
- Enter and update employee data in HRIS/ADP systems with strong attention to detail.
- Act as a go-to resource for employees by handling onboarding check-ins and general HR questions.
- Support recognition programs and workplace experience (badges, verifications, celebrations, milestones).
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of administrative, customer service, or HR support experience (we’ll teach you the HR side).
- Associate’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred — or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, especially with data entry and recordkeeping.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable style.
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to work with a diverse workforce.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and quickly learn new systems (Microsoft Office required; HR systems a plus).
