About The Role :

As Engineering Manager for Immutable Play, you'll be a technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, agentic environment where AI tools are the default, not the exception.

This is a high-impact, product-focused role leading streams responsible for play.immutable.com, the primary gateway for players to discover games. You'll lead cross-functional streams (Engineers, Product Manager, Data Scientist, Product Designer), with a mandate to drive player onboarding, engagement, and retention at scale.

Each stream is a focused feature line with 2–3 engineers, supported by PM, Design, and Data. You'll have full access to all AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and more, to drive technical direction and rapid prototyping. This role is hybrid in our Sydney HQ (3 days/week).
