What you will have an opportunity to do:
BASIC FUNCTION: The Assistant Manager is responsible for aiding the manager in overseeing the daily operation and staff of the entire Food & Beverage Department to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Respond to any reasonable task assigned by Director of Food & Beverage. Assist in the restaurant and in other food and beverage outlets when needed.
