Your Role as a CNA
In this vital role, you’ll provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents while working closely with a dedicated healthcare team. Your compassion and attention to detail will help ensure every resident receives the dignity and care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to nursing staff
Respond promptly to call lights and assist with daily needs
Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
Assist with meal service, including distributing and collecting trays
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
