About This Role:
As a Sr. Material Handler II, you will be an integral part of the Site Supply Chain team, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant flow of materials within our operations. You will perform and document advanced materials management, inventory, and logistics tasks in a cGMP environment. Working across Warehouse and Weigh & Dispense areas, you will maintain operational standards, support cross-functional tasks, and train other associates. Your role is essential to maintaining product integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity. You will be responsible for executing material handling operations according to established procedures and policies, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing and business operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute daily Weigh & Dispense and material management activities, including Kanban, kitting, and glucose refill processes.
- Monitor processes against recipes and documentation, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
- Operate powered industrial trucks and maintain warehouse and dispensary cleanliness.
- Pull, pack, and ship finished products and samples, receiving and processing drug substances.
- Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain operational standards.
- Complete all required departmental and GXP trainings, managing individual training plans.
- Train other associates to maintain compliance and operational standards.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed to support department objectives and flexibility.

Required Skills:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in industry or process operations.
- Proficiency in English (B1); German and/or French language skills are an asset.
- Solid foundation in biopharmaceutical technology and processes.
- Ability to assess and troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
- Proficiency in following procedures and protocols within a cGMP environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Syncade, MES, and glasswasher procedures.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
