- Translate market insights into execution by building country/segment plans and aligning internal teams to scale priority opportunities.
- Own lead qualification and pipeline health by qualifying prospects against clear criteria and maintaining strong Salesforce hygiene, close plans, and stage integrity.
- Forecast and report performance with accurate pipeline tracking, KPI reporting, and market signals to improve predictability and decision-making.
- Deliver competitive intelligence to guide strategy, strengthen positioning, and protect revenue in key markets.
- Improve sales and partnership processes by reducing friction and cycle time through repeatable playbooks and templates.
- Run Innovation Centres to drive adoption, generate pipeline, build references, and accelerate procurement readiness.
- Execute account strategies and customer outcomes by aligning solutions to workflows, addressing challenges, and supporting retention and expansion.
What Success Looks Like
- Qualified pipeline growth (coverage and quality) and improved stage conversion
- Increased win rates and shorter sales cycle time through reduced friction
- Forecast accuracy and CRM data integrity
- Framework pipeline performance (creation, conversion, revenue realized)
- EU funding / direct award enablement: opportunities sourced, progressed, or unblocked
- Innovation Centre impact: pipeline generated, references secured, expansions initiated
- Customer satisfaction indicators and renewal/expansion signals
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in strategy, sales operations, commercial programs, partnerships, or revenue operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed, fast-paced global environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across partners and internal teams.
- Highly structured self-starte
