负责海外俄语市场的游戏推广工作，结合俄语市场特征和用户习惯，运营节点及版本内容制定推广策略及宣传方案，持续提升产品影响力、用户关注度并引导正向口碑，配合辅助全球宣发目标达成；

对俄语区（如中亚）的社交媒体生态保持高度关注，收集整理本地市场趋势、玩家偏好及竞品动态（如ARPG类游戏），为团队提供本地化创意建议。
对接俄语区团队沟通协调，推动跨团队合作，推进项目发展。

岗位要求

本科以上学历，优秀应届生（有相关实习经验）优先，对海外发行、内容营销有浓厚兴趣；
热爱游戏行业，对游戏市场有浓厚的兴趣和深入了解，深度游戏玩家优先
具有优秀的团队协作能力、沟通能力和抗压能力；具有宏观视野及优秀的执行能力，关注执行细节；
优秀的自我驱动力，工作认真负责，有敏锐的洞察力和快速学习的能力；
社交媒体触觉（核心）：对俄等海外社交平台、年轻人流行文化有高度敏感度，是社交媒体深度用户，能快速抓到“热梗”并转化为营销创意
具备良好的英语读写能力（能作为工作语言进行商务沟通），有俄语沟通能力者优先；
