Role Purpose:
The MEA Project Operations Lead serves as the senior operational and strategic liaison for the client, ensuring excellence in delivery, data integrity, and regional performance. The role drives operational consistency, oversees project documentation and PMWeb governance, and supports Project Managers to ensure successful execution across all assigned initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
Ownership
- Develop comprehensive project execution plans including scope, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
- Upload all required project documentation to client systems (PMWeb) prior to project commencement.
- Monitor progress across all assigned projects and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct regular data reviews and provide analytical insights.
- Collate and evaluate supply chain quotations.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and client standards.
- Manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for JLL on the JPMC account.
- Ensure PMWeb is consistently updated to meet contractual obligations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Client and Project Managers to plan and review capital works.
- Coordinate with the D&C team on BAU and small-works planning.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business drivers.
Financial Management
- Work with project managers to collate, validate, and upload project quotations.
- Identify gaps and provide insights into financial processes.
- Support country-level growth targets and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Contract Management
- Ensure full adherence to contractual requirements.
- Report on KPIs, service levels, and performance measures.
- Manage and escalate contract changes through formal processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks with proactive strategies.
- Maintain complete documentation including minutes, decision logs, and audit trails.
- Escalate disputes or contractual issues with supporting documentation.
Operations
- Facilitate project information flow across EMEA under the IFM contract.
- Ensure PMWeb data remains accurate and up to date.
- Share PMWeb knowledge to improve collaboration and efficiency.
- Coordinate communication across time zones and with 19-20 Project Managers across EMEA.
- Deliver precise and clear reporting to internal teams.
- Drive process standardization and best practices.
PMWeb Subject Matter Expertise
- Act as the PMWeb SME for MENA operations.
- Define standards for data, reporting, workflows, and integrations.
- Lead training and ensure system adoption.
- Resolve technical issues and maintain system performance.
- Ensure all reporting meets client and JLL standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7 years in a similar role in corporate account or service delivery environment
- Experience managing sensitive client or firm matters.
- Ability to translate client needs into business growth opportunities.
- Proven success delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Experience managing senior-level client relationships.
- Background in corporate account or service delivery environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams across regions.
- Experience converting business needs into measurable value.
