As Director of Product Development at Epicor, you will be responsible for leading the development, operation, and governance of our data plane that powers next-generation capabilities like Prism and our headless ERP strategy. What you will be doing:

Lead and own the end-to-end data plane strategy, including data registration, discovery, publishing, and conversion processes
Oversee the development and operation of scalable data pipelines and event-driven architectures across multiple ERP platforms
Drive the integration of enterprise data into Prism to enable AI-driven insights and intelligent automation
Manage and scale global teams responsible for data products and governance initiatives
Partner closely with product, security, and compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant data movement and usage
Establish and operationalize data governance frameworks, including data lineage, classification, and controls
Enable seamless internal and external data integrations across cloud and enterprise systems

Deep expertise in Kafka and event streaming architectures, including building and scaling data pipelines
Strong experience in data governance, including data discovery, publishing, and data conversion processes
Proven track record leading large-scale data platform or data engineering initiatives
