About the team
The Builders TPM team orchestrates complex programs across Ring's security ecosystem, transforming product visions into market-ready solutions that protect millions of homes worldwide.
We bridge breakthrough ideas to reality by managing multi-team programs spanning hardware, software, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure from ideation through deployment.

With high organizational visibility and ownership, we directly impact products used globally by working closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams.

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
