Our product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager. This role is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of AI-powered capabilities across our agentic behavioral health platform. This includes designing scalable LLM-driven workflows, ensuring clinical safety, and collaborating with engineering, data science, clinical leadership, and design teams. The Product Manager maintains a prioritized product backlog, writes clear requirements, defines success metrics, leads experiments, and ensures alignment with clinical, business, and operational goals.

This is a hybrid position based in NYC.

What You’ll Do

Product Management

Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for LLM and agentic workflows aligned with organizational goals.
Lead ideation and execution of features that improve user engagement, safety, and outcomes.
Translate AI and ML capabilities—including agent orchestration, structured output validation, and safety layers—into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
Define KPIs for features and monitor performance using A/B tests, analytics, and model evaluations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with engineering to assess feasibility, plan technical work, and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure evidence-based behavioral health practices and safety guardrails are integrated into product design.
Work closely with data science on evaluation methods, agent reliability, and model regression monitoring.
Communicate product updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders clearly and proactively.

Execution & Continuous Improvement

Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
Investigate and triage unexpected system or model behavior, prioritizing issues based on user impact.
