How You'll Shine:

• Undertake inbound and outbound call activity as directed

• Achieve Service Levels as outlined by Member Services Mgmt., including adherence, service levels, acceptance levels and quality assurance, as directed

• Achieve revenue targets and service benchmarks as set by Member Services management

• Ensure relevant documentation is accurately completed and delivered to members in a timely manner

• Process transactions, including Weeks, Points and/or Travel, accurately through to completion

• Actively participate in team meetings, team building activities and industry functions and events as required

• Any other duties as required and/or directed
   

What You'll Bring:

• Proven customer service skills and experience

• Timeshare industry knowledge highly regarded

• Excellent knowledge of domestic and international tourist destinations

• A willingness and ability to learn new products and systems

• Highly effective verbal and written communication skill

• Can work well as part of a team, as well as individually

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work shifts, including Saturdays as required.
