Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain BRDs, HLDs, process flows, and delivery artifacts supporting regulatory, audit, and risk reporting requirements.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track actions to closure.
  • Analyze and integrate data from multiple risk and resiliency-related systems across the enterprise.
  • Query, analyze, and present data using SQL and Python to support analytics initiatives and ad‑hoc business requests.
  • Build and enhance dashboards and reports leveraging existing Data Warehouse, BI, and analytics platforms.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, governed, and aligned with enterprise data and technology standards.
  • Identify, track, and support resolution of data, reporting, and delivery issues in a timely manner.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Participate in special projects and other assigned duties.

Knowledge & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in data modeling and data visualization within Banking or Financial Services.
  • Strong expertise in complex SQL and Python for analytics and reporting.
  • Experience designing data models to support enterprise analytics and regulatory reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred.
  • Experience with Data Vault, dbt, sqldbm, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent proven experience.
  • Degree from a Tier 1 institution preferred.
