At JFrog, we're reinventing DevOps to help the world's greatest companies innovate – and we want you along for the ride. This is a special place with a unique combination of brilliance, spirit and just all-around great people. Here, if you're willing to do more, your career can take off. And since software plays a central role in everyone's lives, you'll be part of an important mission. Thousands of customers, including the majority of the Fortune 100, trust JFrog to manage, accelerate, and secure their software delivery from code to production – a concept we call "liquid software." Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us on our journey?

As a Fullstack Engineering Manager within the Business Applications group, you will lead a full stack team, playing a critical role in JFrog’s mission. You’ll design and own the systems that power customer journeys — from lead to purchase to provisioning, ensuring smooth, scalable, and increasingly self-service business flows. Your work will directly impact revenue, customer onboarding, and operational efficiency across the company. This is a management role for someone who is passionate about growing people, driving execution, and shaping technical direction while remaining hands-on, guiding architecture, reviewing critical code paths, and stepping in when needed.

As a Fullstack Engineering Manager at JFrog you will...

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of fullstack engineers, fostering ownership, accountability, and technical excellence.
  • Own the delivery and technical direction of business-critical systems supporting purchase, billing, and provisioning flows.
  • Drive execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that span Sales, Finance, Marketing, and multiple R&D teams.
  • Translate business needs into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
  • Establish strong engineering standards across architecture, testing, CI/CD, observability, and production reliability.
  • Ensure our systems are secure, maintainable, and built for scale.
  • Create clarity and focus by prioritizing effectively and removing blockers.
  • Contribute technically where needed — guiding system design, reviewing architecture, and supporting complex backend and frontend challenges.

To be a Fullstack Engineering Manager at JFrog you need...

  • 10+ years of industry experience & 2+ years of managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to grow and develop engineers, through mentoring, feedback, performance management, and career pathing.
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing teams with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in production-grade backend systems.
  • Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of backend architecture, distributed systems, and microservices design.
  • Experience working in SaaS environments, Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to balance business priorities and technical decisions.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for production systems and customer impact.

Advantages

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Experience with Node.js or Java.
  • Experience with Vue.js.

Note: The Job location is Bangalore (Bellandur) and requires a mandatory work from office for at-least 3 fixed days a week.
