Role Responsibilities


As Director Finance and Corporate Technology, you will be responsible for delivering all strategic initiatives within Finance and Corporate Technology Delivery Stream. You will be performing below role –

  • Lead the Corporate System Technology team in India.
  • Collaborate with peers to enable the solution engineering aspects for all related deliveries.
  • Be accountable to the site level stakeholders.
  • Deliver defined and agreed roadmap for corporate systems business objectives
  • Drive the team to build the best practices and process improvements that is readily available and scalable across the globe.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of all engineering work for the agreed deliverables.
  • Build, lead and retain high performing teams and inspire collaboration across all levels and functions.
  • KPI driven team executing the roadmap and deliver goals aligned with Beyond Strategy and the CIO Function.

Role Requirements

  • 10+ years of Delivery & Team Management experience with 15+ years of total work experience
  • Has a track record of implementing successful data products across markets
  • Should understand new technologies and their relevance to consumers.
  • Have International experience for deployed products for global customers.
  • Experience of ORMB as a product is a plus.
  • Should have experience of payments technology.
  • Should have technology experience of implementing settlement solutions of either vendor or in-house products.
  • Skilled at articulating ideas and influencing execution – ability to operate with ease at any level – from consumer to executive to product manager to engineer
  • Action-oriented and passionate about driving business outcomes
  • Advanced practitioner of “test and learn”: has tried enough things, failed sufficiently and enjoyed some notable successes
  • Able to motivate product and other stakeholders to create simple and effective end-to-end experiences

Work Shift
