Job Description
About EliseAI
At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.
By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.
Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place.
Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork.
With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.
About The Role
The Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) is a high-impact role at a critical stage of the company’s growth. This role acts as a force multiplier for the CSO, driving execution across the company’s highest-priority strategic initiatives, and ensuring focus, momentum, and alignment as we scale.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, planning, new verticals development, and business development & partnerships, while working cross-functionally with executive leadership, product, operations, finance, and external partners. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks strategically, executes relentlessly, and wants a front row seat to company-level decision making.
Key Responsibilities

Translate high-level strategy into clear plans, goals, and execution frameworks
Lead strategic planning processes, including annual planning, quarterly priorities, and executive reviews
Track progress against strategic initiatives and proactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations
Support the evaluation, launch, and scaling of new product lines or market verticals
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform go-to-market decisions
Serve as a point person to ensure alignment between strategy, product, and go-to-market teams
Prepare high-quality materials for executive meetings, board discussions, and external stakeholders
Step in as an owner and operator on critical initiatives as needed
Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
Move at rocket speed, build something massive.
We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact; full autonomy, no micromanagement, no fluff.
We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It’s hard, it’s intense, and it’s the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.

5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or a strategic role within a high-growth startup
Strong analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling and data-driven decision-making
