Team: Paytm Intelligence (Pi) / AI & Enterprise Platforms

About the Role We are building a next-generation AI Agentic SaaS platform at Paytm Intelligence (Pi), enabling enterprises to automate workflows, drive decisioning, and deploy AI agents at scale. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating high-quality, high-value pipelines for our AI solutions across enterprise and digital-native businesses.

Key Responsibilities
1. Pipeline Generation (High-Value Focus)
Identify and build strategic target account lists across BFSI, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, and digital-native sectors
Generate qualified pipeline for large-ticket AI / SaaS deals (₹50L – multi-crore ACVs)Drive outbound motions tailored to enterprise buying groups (CIO, CTO, Head of AI, Product Leaders)


2. Account Intelligence & Use Case Mapping
Conduct deep research to identify high-impact AI/agentic use cases within target accounts
Map business problems to Paytm’s AI agentic capabilities (automation, decisioning, inference infra)
Build account-level POVs (Point of View) instead of generic outreach

3. Executive-Level Outreach
Engage senior stakeholders via:
Thoughtful cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, warm intros)Industry-led narratives (AI transformation, cost optimization, automation ROI)Create personalized messaging for high-value conversations, not templated sequences

4. Opportunity Qualification
Qualify leads based on:
Deal size potential
Strategic fit
AI adoption maturity
Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to convert early interest into qualified opportunities

5. GTM Feedback Loop
Provide insights on:
Market demand for agentic AI use cases
Buyer objections & adoption barriers
Messaging effectiveness

Experience:
2-4 years in BDR / SDR / Enterprise Sales / GTM roles
Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, Cloud, or Enterprise Tech
Exposure to mid-market / enterprise deal cycles (₹20L+ ACV)

Must-Have Skills
Strong ability to sell complex, abstract products (AI, platform, infra)Experience with account-based selling (ABS) / ABM motions
Excellent research and problem-first selling mindset
Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders

Good-to-Have
Understanding of:AI / LLMs / Agentic systemsCloud / inference / data platforms
Prior experience in deal-size driven pipeline roles (vs volume SDR)
