As a Plumber at Josko LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of residents in multi-family and residential properties. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems in accordance with company standards and industry best practices. Our plumbers handle a wide range of services, from simple faucet repairs and drain cleaning to water heater installations and full plumbing system replacements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems in multi-family and residential properties.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly communicate findings and solutions to customers, providing multiple repair options based on their needs and preferences.
• Dispatch to job sites, prepare estimates, complete work orders, and collect payments.
• Perform plumbing repairs efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations using mobile applications.
• Review daily schedules and coordinate with dispatch and management as needed.
• Ensure proper maintenance of company-issued vehicle and equipment; communicate any repair needs to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Follow all company policies and directions from management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service and repair plumber.
• Strong drain cleaning and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends and participate in an on-call rotation, including night shifts.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain plumbing issues and solutions.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

JOSKO, LLC determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay for this position ranges from $22-$33/hour, and is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, and job market location.
